1. Can I access the system from mobile?
Platform can be accessed using mobile but can't be operated at best capability. Hence it is always preferred to use the platform from desktop/laptop etc.

2. How is data backed up?
Data is backed up in the data plane controlled by the client.

3. How to reset password?
Click on the "Forgot password" button on signin/register page and submit the details. Once submitted , user will get a verification email that they have to verify to reset their password.
